"The whole experience with walker rentals was fantastic from start to finish - 10/10. We rented our house sight-unseen from out of state and Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure we knew what to expect upon arrival. The team answered any and all questions we had in a timely manner, sometimes after hours. Upon move-in, they continued to provide seamless support with any questions or concerns. I have to highlight that this was the CLEANEST home I have ever moved into. The move-in inspection was incredibly detailed with photos of every inch of the home, including existing damage. This puts my mind at ease for move-out; I have the security of knowing we will not be charged for damages that were not caused by us. They provided a list of locations of important areas of the home, and a brand new refrigerator filter in the box for us, which I thought was a great touch. Thank you Walker Rentals team!"

"I've rented my home out with Walker for over 5 years. Everytime a tenant moves out I get a very thorough report and a ton of important pictures. I've asked for my AC filters to be replaced every three months and I always get a photo with the date of the filter....they go the extra mile if you work with them and give them the details you are looking for in how you want your home maintained."
